Comment: We have had dogs for many years but I was having problems with our new puppy Montz as he chewed my arms from the day we had him at 7 weeks and nothing seemed to stop him.He also was hyper, destructive and a real pain when we had visitors.Luckily we were told about Fiona who visited us 2 weeks ago and explained the way forward. Montz is much better already and the only remaining problem is the arm biting but he is much calmer now and I really believe that we will sort it out soon. I now feel I have the understanding and tools to turn things around, also that I have Fiona's non judgmental support. It really is a wonderful system and Fiona is brilliant.

Comment: We have Ruby a 2 yr old cocker spaniel. I contacted Fiona out if desperaton, i really was at the end of my tether.Ruby was completely manic & couldn't sit still.She chased the cats and kept escaping.Our main concern was not returning to us when we called her.And then Fiona came into our lives!Ruby is now chilled, I've never known her sleep so much! She doesn't want to run out of the gate and she comes to us when called. Fiona has changed our lives, thank-you so much

Comment: We have Fizz, a 3 year yr old StaffiX, who came from the Bath Cats and Dogs home. Although, when we first took her on she was very good with 99.9% of dogs she started to turn on most dogs that came towards us on any given walk. We started to loose all confidence in Fizz and going out on any walk became an almost unpleasent experience. Apart from this Fizz was an adorable member of our family. Fiona came over to Bath a very short notice and spent the best part of an afternoon with us. She also went out on a walk with us and Fizz. Within minutes Fiona has determined the problem/s and within 2-3 days Fizz's behaviour was improving. Two weeks on Fizz is now a happy dogs once again and fantastic with EVERY dog that she comes across. It is too good to be true. But in truth, Fiona was able to solve Fizz's problems quickly and efficiently. We certainly wouldn't have believed that such problems could be resolved quite so quickly...but they were.

Comment: To be totally honest, it was not the dogs that needed the training but us! Our two Border Collies, Connagh and Taz are full of enthusiasm and being puppies, so into everything. Fiona, you are ACE! None judgmental yet so totally in control. The time that you spent with us, explaining the ins and outs, pros and cons, what to do, WHAT NOT TO DO, went by so quickly even though it was actually hours that went by. It was throughly enjoyable, very relaxed, very informative. The "kids" are learning everyday. I just wish that we were a little more disciplined with ourselves (too easily I find myself giving into them) Still, with patience and a little understanding I'm sure I'll become the kind of person that my dogs think that I am. Fiona you are brilliant!!
